The FABER GALILEO SLIM F600 is an elegant and space-saving induction hob with a smartly integrated cooker hood. With a slim width of just 60 cm, it blends seamlessly into any modern kitchen, offering both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality. This model is a recirculation version (F600), making it an excellent choice for kitchens where external ducting is not available.

The hob features four equally sized induction cooking zones, each delivering 2.1 kW of power and up to 3 kW with the PowerBoost function. The zones are suitable for cookware with a diameter of 110–210 mm, providing flexibility for everyday cooking as well as larger pots and pans. Two bridge functions allow you to combine cooking zones, creating a larger surface ideal for oversized or unusually shaped cookware.

Touch controls with slider operation and 9 power levels plus PowerBoost ensure intuitive and precise control. A dedicated melting function maintains a low, stable temperature, perfect for gently melting chocolate or preparing delicate sauces. The pause function allows you to temporarily stop all cooking processes with a single touch and resume them later with the same settings—even after a power interruption.

The centrally integrated cooker hood activates automatically when a cooking zone is in use, efficiently removing steam and odors at the source. Airflow reaches up to 630 m³/h, while noise levels range from 49 to 73 dB depending on the operating mode. Thanks to its smart, waterproof design, any liquids drawn into the hood are safely directed into a dedicated collection container, allowing the hood to continue operating even if spills occur.

Maintenance is simple and convenient: heat-resistant components and filters are dishwasher-safe. The frameless design with straight edges gives the hob a clean, modern look. For proper maintenance, the appliance requires unobstructed access from below to reach the liquid collection tray.
