Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL

1.1. The owner of the eurotech.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is Eurotech Shop OÜ (registry number 17148468), located at Joa 3A, Tallinn, 10127, Harju County, Estonian Republic.
1.2. These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between the Eurotech Shop OÜ (Seller) and the person making a purchase (Buyer) when buying and selling through the Online Store.
1.3. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising from the marketing of products via the online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.4. The Seller may change the terms and conditions of the online store as well as the prices of products and services. Any changes will be communicated in the online store. The terms and prices applicable at the time of the transaction shall apply.
1.5. Product images presented in the Online Store are for illustrative purposes only and may not always correspond exactly to the actual product. Eurotech Shop OÜ does not guarantee the exact correspondence of products to the images shown.

2. PRICE

2.1. Information about product prices is provided in the Online Store next to the product. The listed prices include the 24% VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. In addition to the product price, a delivery fee may apply unless stated otherwise at the time of payment. The delivery fee depends on the Buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The fee is displayed to the Buyer when placing the order.
2.3. Eurotech Shop OÜ reserves the right to adjust product prices, notifying via the website by updating the prices.
2.4. If a product price is missing or listed as €0 (or if the exact price is not available in the database), please contact the Seller by phone or email to clarify. The correct price will be adjusted and communicated to the Buyer as soon as possible.
2.5. The Online Store reserves the right to cancel a sale and request the return of a product if its price was listed significantly below market value due to an error.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in the required information fields and select the preferred delivery method.
3.2. Products and quantities can be modified or removed from the shopping cart until payment is completed.
3.3. Upon order submission, the final price is displayed, which can be paid via bank link or other payment solutions.
3.4. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the payment in the Online Store’s account.
3.5. A confirmation of the order will be sent to the Buyer’s email address. If the confirmation is not received, please check the spam/junk folder.
3.6. The Seller may cancel the contract if the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock unavailability or if the Buyer fails to pay within the specified time or for other valid reasons. The Seller will notify the Buyer as soon as possible and refund all payments made, including delivery costs, within 14 days of sending the notice.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. The Buyer shall pay 100% in advance for purchases made in the Online Store.
4.2. Orders can be paid via Estonian bank links or by invoice.
4.3. Payment is made in a secure environment outside the Online Store. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s bank or credit card details.

4.4. Installment Payments

4.4.1 Eurotech Shop OÜ’s installment partner is Inbank AS (Niine 11, Tallinn, tel. 640 8080). Before completing a transaction, the Buyer must review the detailed installment terms and consult a specialist if necessary.
4.4.2 The response to an installment request, whether positive or negative, is provided immediately to the Buyer.
4.4.3 Installments can be made with or without a down payment. If the request is approved and the Buyer agrees to the Eurotech Shop OÜ’s terms, an invoice for the first installment is sent to the Buyer for immediate payment via bank link, followed by the digital installment agreement sent to the Buyer for signing. The link is sent to the email provided by the Buyer. If signing directly in the Online Store fails, the Buyer can sign the agreement via the emailed link.
4.4.4 The initial installment must be paid from the account of the applicant.
4.4.5 Digital signing requires an ID card or Mobile-ID. The Buyer must ensure the validity of ID card certificates and software updates on the computer. If errors occur, solutions can be found HERE.
4.4.6 Eurotech Shop OÜ reserves the right to revoke a previously approved installment request if the Buyer provided false information, is under liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings, has active claims, or any other factor makes the agreement impossible.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. The Online Store delivers products within Estonia via partners including DPD, Venipak, Omniva, OSC, Unisend, and other Eurotech Shop OÜ partners and courier services.
5.2. Products are delivered according to the method and address chosen by the Buyer.
5.3. Items delivered to parcel machines must be collected by the Buyer within the maximum storage period (usually 7 days).
5.4. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer and displayed with the delivery option. Products delivered by partner courier are delivered to the Buyer’s specified address.
5.5. The Seller dispatches orders on all business days, but no later than 5 business days after order confirmation. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, especially for custom orders.
5.6. Domestic shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability information is provided in the product description. Data on the website is updated as much as possible, but due to potential delays or discrepancies between the database, Eurotech Shop OÜ stock, and supplier stock, availability cannot always be guaranteed. In such cases, Eurotech Shop OÜ will notify the Buyer immediately and coordinate the order fulfillment.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 calendar days by submitting a written withdrawal request to the Seller. The form is available on the e-commerce union website and must include:

Email address
Address
Bank account details
Order date
Product receipt date
Product name
Serial number
Invoice number
Reason for return

7.2. The withdrawal request must be sent to info@eurotech.ee within 14 days of receiving the product. The Seller confirms receipt of the request.
7.3. Returnable product must be only in original package, without any damages of package and include all purchase documentation. Labels and protective materials (e.g., protective films, moisture absorbers) must remain attached to protect the product, as long as they do not prevent inspection or testing. When returnable product is not in original package or original package is destroyed, seller has rights not to accept return of product or charge compensation fee for the reduced value of the product.
7.4. Products must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, properties, and functionality. If used otherwise or showing signs of wear, the Seller may reduce the refund or refuse it.
7.5. Return conditions apply to standard-size products. Custom or specially adapted products are non-returnable.
7.6. For hygiene reasons, headphones and body / oral care products cannot be returned.
7.7. Products can be exchanged within 14 days if the size is incorrect. Conditions 7.1–7.6 apply.
7.8. If the desired size is unavailable, the Seller will contact the Buyer to offer a solution.
7.9. The Buyer must return the product within 14 calendar days from submitting the withdrawal request.
7.10. Until the returned product is received, the Seller is not responsible. Return or exchange is free except for shipping costs, which are borne by the Buyer. If a defective product is delivered, the Seller covers return shipping.
7.11. The Seller refunds the Buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, including shipping costs. If the Buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest option offered, the Seller refunds only the standard cost.
7.12. The Seller may delay refunds until the returned product is received.
7.13. The Seller may cancel the transaction if the price was significantly under market value due to an error.
7.14. Returns via parcel machines cost €2.99. Returns via Venipak/Omniva require a code sent by email. Courier returns cost €9.90 for small packages, €19.90 for large shipments (e.g., washing machines). Notify the Seller in writing per 7.1.

8. RIGHT TO CLAIM

8.1. The Seller is responsible for products sold that are non-compliant or defective at the time of delivery, for up to two years. For the first six months, defects are presumed to exist at delivery. The Seller must prove otherwise. The Seller is not responsible for defects arising after delivery.
8.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately, but no later than 1 week after discovering the defect, via info@eurotech.ee.
8.3. The Buyer can demand repair or replacement of the product at the Seller’s expense.
8.4. The Buyer can request a price reduction or contract termination if:

The Seller cannot repair or replace the product; or
Repair/replacement fails; or
The Seller does not remedy the defect within a reasonable time.

8.5. Refunds, including shipping, are made to the Buyer’s account within 14 days. The Seller may delay until the returned product is received.
8.6. For the first six months, the Seller covers repair or replacement costs. For the following 1.5 years, only justified claims are covered. The Seller does not compensate for damages due to:

Value loss/damage caused by Buyer;
Misuse or failure to follow care instructions;
Normal wear and tear;
Lack of purchase proof.

8.7. Disputes can be submitted in writing or in a retrievable format. The Seller responds within 14 days. Complaints for the Online Store go to info@eurotech.ee.
8.8. If unresolved, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee under the Estonian Consumer Protection Board HERE; or the EU platform HERE .
8.9. If still unresolved, either party may go to the local court of the Buyer’s location.
8.10. Claims deadlines do not apply if the defect is due to misuse, care instruction violation, or product wear.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

9.1. The data controller is Eurotech Shop OÜ (registry number 17148468), located at Joa 3A, Tallinn, 10127, Harju County, Estonian Republic.
9.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Estonian and EU legislation.
9.3. Collected data: name, phone, address, email, bank details. Data is used only for processing orders and shipping products. Data may be shared with delivery partners.
9.4. Data is protected and treated as confidential. Communications are encrypted. The controller does not disclose data to third parties.
9.5. The controller may send newsletters or offers only with the Buyer’s prior consent.
9.6. The Buyer may file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate or court if rights are violated. Contact info: www.aki.ee.

10. RETENTION OF TITLE

Until the full payment of the product price is made, the product remains the property of Eurotech Shop OÜ.

11. When agreeing to the terms of purchase, you also consent to receiving newsletters to your email address.
