1. Delivery to Parcel Machine

Our partners are Omniva, Venipak, DPD, Unisend, Smartposti.  

• Service Cost: €2,59 (Venipak, Unisend) and 2,99€ (Omniva, DPD, Smartposti) available within Estonia.

Delivery Time: 1-3 working days

2. Delivery to Doorstep

2.1 Delivery within Estonia: our partners are Venipak, DPD, OSC, Omniva, Smartposti.  We will deliver the order to your selected address. The item will be brought to your doorstep.  

• Small items (up to 10kg): €7.99  

• Mid size items (10-20 kg): €12.99

• Larger items (20-30kg): €18.99

• Large size items (30-80 kg): €22.99

• Extra-large items (over 80kg): €32.99

2.2 Delivery within the European Union (outside Estonia)

We deliver parcels weighing up to 35 kg to 25 countries across the European Union. Your order will be delivered directly to your address by courier service.

Delivery time: 7–14 days, depending on the destination country and courier service.

Delivery cost: displayed in your shopping cart after adding products and before completing payment.

DPD Courier

• Maximum parcel weight: 31.5 kg
• Maximum longest side: 175 cm
• Maximum dimensions: length + 2 × (width + height) up to 300 cm

NOVA POST Courier

• Maximum parcel weight: 30 kg
• Maximum dimensions: 120 × 120 × 120 cm
• The sum of all three parcel dimensions must not exceed 150 cm (for example, 65 × 65 × 20 cm)

SmartPosti Courier

• Maximum parcel weight: 35 kg
• Maximum dimensions: 50 × 50 × 50 cm

3. Delivery Inside the Home

Our couriers will deliver the item to the address specified in your order and carry it into the first accessible living area of the property, typically the hallway or entrance area. Delivery does not include transportation of the item to specific rooms within the premises.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery route, including doorways, corridors, staircases, and other access points, is suitable for the safe transportation of the item in its original packaging. Vehicle access to the building's main entrance must be available. For deliveries to the 5th floor or above, a suitably sized and operational elevator must be available.

Deliveries cannot be carried out through windows, balconies, or spiral staircases.

• Large items (up to 80kg): €49.90  

• Extra-large items (over 80kg): €79.90

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days. 

4. Delivery Inside the Home and Old Appliance Removal

Our couriers will deliver the new item to your home and remove the old appliance from the same location. The service includes carrying the new item into the first accessible living area of the property, typically the hallway or entrance area, and collecting the old appliance from the same location.

This service does not include moving the item to other rooms within the premises. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery route, including doorways and access points, allows for the safe delivery of the new item in its packaging and the safe removal of the old appliance.

Removal and delivery cannot be carried out through windows or via spiral staircases.

• Large items (up to 80kg): €69.90  

• Extra-large items (over 80kg): €104.90

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days.

5. Delivery Inside the Home + Installation

Our couriers will deliver the new item to your home and install it.  

• Delivery + standard installation: €84.90 (placing the refrigerator in the desired location + connecting it, installing a washing machine, installing a TV on its stand).  

• Delivery + special installation: €109.90 (includes installing built-in appliances, installing a side-by-side refrigerator).  

Service Area: Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days.

6. Delivery Inside the Home, Installation and Old Appliance Removal

Our couriers will deliver your new item, install it, and remove the old appliance at the same.  

• With standard installation: €104.90  

  - Standard installation includes placing the refrigerator in the desired location + connecting it, installing a washing machine, installing a TV on its stand.  

• With special installation: €129.90  

  - Special installation includes installing a built-in appliance (one item), installing a side-by-side refrigerator.  

Service Area: Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days.

 
7. Packaging removal

The packaging material can be taken away for €10/ per one item. 

8. Old Appliance Removal

Our courier will remove an old appliance for 20€/pcs, an extra large item (over 80kg) for 25€/pcs.

9. Installation

Our courier offers installation services upon delivery. Standard installation is available for €35 per item, and special installation for €60 per item.

Standard installation means, for example, placing a refrigerator in its destined location + connecting it, installing a washing machine, installing a TV on its stand.

Special installation means installing a built-in appliance (one item), installing a side-by-side refrigerator. 

The estimated installation time is up to 30 minutes for standard installations and up to 60 minutes for special installations. Any additional time required will be charged at a rate of €20 per 30-minute increment.

10. Changing the door hinge side of your refrigerator (with or without a display)

The service is available for €35.

Eurotech Shop OÜ does not provide gas stove installation, cooker hood installation and TV installation to the wall. For more information, please contact info@eurotech.ee.
