1. Delivery to Parcel Machine

Our partners are Omniva, Venipak, DPD, Unisend, Smartposti.  

• Service Cost: €1,99 (Venipak, Unisend) and 2,49€ (Omniva, DPD) available within Estonia.

Delivery Time: 1-3 working days

2. Delivery to Doorstep

Our partners are Venipak, DPD, OSC, Omniva, Smartposti.  We will deliver the order to your selected address. The item will be brought to your doorstep.  

• Small items (up to 10kg): €5.90  

• Mid size items (10-20 kg): €7.90

• Larger items (20-30kg): €15.90

• Large size items (30-80 kg): €19.90

• Extra-large items (over 80kg): €29.90  

Service Area: Nationwide in Estonia  
Delivery Time: 1-3 working days

3. Delivery Inside the Home

Our couriers will deliver the item to your chosen address and bring it inside the first living area, usually the hallway. This service does not include moving the item to other rooms. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the transport route and door widths allow for safe delivery of the item with its packaging to the destination. There must be access to the building's exterior door by vehicle, and from the 5th floor and above, the use of an elevator must be possible. No delivery through windows or spiral staircases.  

• Large items (up to 80kg): €29.90  

• Extra-large items (over 80kg): €54.90 

Service Area: Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days. 

4. Delivery Inside the Home and Old Appliance Removal

Our couriers will deliver the new item inside your home and remove the old appliance from the same location. The service includes lifting the item into the first living area, typically the hallway, and collecting the old appliance from the same spot. This service does not include moving the item to other rooms. The customer must ensure that the transport route and door widths allow for the safe delivery of the item with its packaging to the destination and the safe removal of the old item. No delivery through windows or spiral staircases.  

• Large items (up to 80kg): €49.90  

• Extra-large items (over 80kg): €79.90  

Service Area: Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days.

5. Delivery Inside the Home + Installation

Our couriers will deliver the item to your home and install it.  

• Delivery + basic installation: €64.90 (placing the refrigerator in the desired location + connecting it, installing a washing machine, installing a TV on its stand).  

• Delivery + special installation: €84.90 (includes installing built-in appliances, installing a side-by-side refrigerator).  

Service Area: Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days.

6. Delivery Inside the Home, Installation and Old Appliance Removal

Our couriers will deliver your item, install it, and immediately remove the old appliance.  

• With basic installation: €84.90  

  - Basic installation includes placing the refrigerator in the desired location + connecting it, installing a washing machine, installing a TV on its stand.  

• With special installation: €104.90  

  - Special installation includes installing one built-in appliances, installing a side-by-side refrigerator.  

Service Area: Tallinn and Harjumaa.

Delivery Time: 2-5 working days.

 
7. Packaging removal

The packaging material is taken away for €10/ per one item. 

8. Old Appliance Removal

Our currier remove the old appliance 20€/pcs, extra large items (over 80kg) for 25€/pcs.

9. Installation

Our currier make make basic installation for 35€/item and special installation for 55€/item.

Basic installation includes placing the refrigerator in the desired location + connecting it, installing a washing machine, installing a TV on its stand.

Special installation includes installing one built-in appliances, installing a side-by-side refrigerator. 

Basic intrallation is planned to take 30 min and special installation 60 min. In case of longer time consumption each additional 30 min costs 20€.

10. Changing the door hinge side of your refrigerator (with or without a display)

The service is available for €35.

Eurotech Shop OÜ does not provide gas stove installation, cooker hood installation and TV installation to the wall. For more information, please contact info@eurotech.ee.
