Airmatic NikolaTesla – automatic extraction and cooking management

A smart sensor detects the amount of vapour and the type of cooking, automatically adjusting the extraction power accordingly. The self-regulating system gradually reduces power after cooking is finished, removing residual odours and moisture.

The new EVO filter is a 3-in-1 filter designed to remove grease, odour, and moisture, accessible with a simple tap from the central area, thus avoiding other unsightly interruptions in the product.

The system consists of two elements:

• A grease filter. Featuring 6 aluminium layers, that can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher;
• An odour filter. Made of a special reticulated polyurethane foam coated with spherical activated charcoal: this is a high-efficiency (up to 80%) and long-lasting filter, regenerable for up to 3 years.

The regeneration process involves washing the filter (by hand or in the dishwasher) and then drying it in the oven at 75°C.
