Series 8 Flex induction hob 90 cm surface mount with frame

DirectSelect Premium: direct, simple selection of the desired cooking zone, power and additional functions

Do you sometimes lose track of the settings of your hob? DirectSelect Premium offers premium usability during cooking with a full length of 30cm. For an intuitively simple selection of power levels and additional functionalities. Our user interface only shows the functions which you actually require. The user interface is not visible when turned off and makes for a clean and elegant design of the hob.

FlexInduction: more flexibility on your hob for large pots and pans

FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso, or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.

PerfectFry: no more worries about scorching

The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. The PerfectFry sensor continuously monitors the pan’s temperature to prevent scorching. Choose from five predefined temperature levels, for perfect results every time.

Comfort Profile

Elegant, appealing design with bevelled front and metal strips on the side.

Move Mode: divides the cooking zone in three power levels for boiling, cooking and simmering

Move Mode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you had to adjust the power level if you had just boiled your soup at level 9, let it cook at level 5 and now wanted to simmer it at level 1,5. Now, Move Mode does the job for you. Activating Move Mode divides the cooking zone into three different areas with pre-set power levels. All you have to do is to move the pot from the front area of the zone, where the food is boiled, to the middle, where the food is cooked, and to the back area, where it continues to simmer.

PowerBoost: Up to 50% more power for faster heating

Sometimes you just need a little extra boost when cooking. The improved PowerBoost function in our induction hobs adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost 50% faster as you would on conventional glass-ceramic hobs.
