Induction Hob With Extractor FABER GALILEO WIDE F830
Description
The Faber Galileo Wide induction hob with integrated extractor features a stylish black glass surface and a central extraction grille that removes cooking fumes and steam from the air while you cook.
The integrated Faber extraction motor, with an airflow rate of 720 m³/h, is located beneath the hob surface and removes moisture and cooking odours directly from the cooking area. This frees up the space above the worktop, eliminating the need for a conventional wall- or ceiling-mounted extractor hood.
Flex induction zones on both sides allow cooking zones to be combined to accommodate larger cookware, griddles or multiple pans. This flexible design makes it easy to adapt the hob to different cooking methods and cookware sizes.
Precise control is provided by front-mounted touch slider controls. The LED slider control panel offers clear visual feedback while cooking, while the discreet Ghost LED indicators remain hidden until the hob is switched on. This preserves the clean, minimalist appearance of the black glass surface.
This hob is available in the F830 recirculation version, supplied with a filter.
Automatic operation. The extractor switches on automatically at the appropriate speed, adjusting its extraction power according to the selected maximum cooking level. This function can be disabled if desired, and the extractor can also be operated manually.
Two connectable cooking zones allow you to expand the cooking area to accommodate larger pans or a griddle. The four cooking zones positioned on either side of the extractor can be used independently or paired together to create two extra-large cooking zones.
The compact motor design gives the Galileo a distinctive advantage in its class, leaving sufficient space inside the cabinet to install an accessory drawer beneath the hob, similar to a drawer designed for use under a sink. The brushless motor reduces energy consumption while delivering high extraction efficiency. It operates very quietly and maintains stable performance under different operating conditions.
Water resistance. Any liquid spilled onto the hob during cooking flows directly through the extraction grille into the collection tray beneath the extractor. The compact collection tray leaves sufficient space for an accessory drawer beneath the hob, similar to one designed for installation under a sink.
Booster function increases the selected cooking zone's power to the maximum level for 10 minutes before automatically returning to the previous setting. This is particularly useful for bringing water to the boil quickly.
Hob timer helps you manage cooking times and alerts you when the set time has elapsed. Each cooking zone has its own independently adjustable timer.
