The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is an advanced robot vacuum cleaner that combines intelligent mopping, automatic mop switching and smart cleaning solutions. Its innovative Multi-Mop system allows different mop pads to be used for different cleaning needs, with the robot automatically selecting and changing them during cleaning.

Multi-Mop – three pairs of specialised mop pads

The upgraded docking station can store up to three pairs of mop pads, each designed for a different cleaning purpose. During cleaning, the system can automatically select the most suitable mop pads according to the area or surface being cleaned. This allows different cleaning solutions to be used in the kitchen, bathroom, living room or on wooden floors. Automatic mop switching helps reduce cross-contamination between rooms and adapts the cleaning process to specific needs.

Dual Omni-Scrub – powerful floor mopping

Two rotating Omni-Scrub mop pads operate at speeds of up to 165 rpm, helping to effectively remove dirt and stains from floors. The mop pads automatically adjust their angle to maintain close contact with uneven surfaces and thresholds. This improves cleaning performance on textured and sloped surfaces.

ProLeap™ – designed to overcome higher obstacles

The advanced ProLeap™ system allows the robot to move over higher steps and thresholds than conventional robot vacuums. A retractable foot and rocker arm positioned in front of each drive wheel help the robot overcome single steps up to 4.2 cm high and two-step obstacles up to 8 cm high.

AgiLift™ three-wheel chassis

The three-wheel AgiLift™ chassis uses three independently adjustable wheels to help the robot adapt to uneven surfaces and obstacles of different heights. This improves mobility and helps maintain stable contact with the floor in more challenging areas.

ThermoHub™ – automatic mop maintenance

After cleaning, the docking station automatically takes care of the mop system. ThermoHub™ technology uses high-temperature cleaning to help remove dirt and grease residue, keeping the mop pads cleaner and more hygienic between cleaning cycles.

Three-solution cleaning system

The Matrix10 Ultra docking station features three separate cleaning-solution compartments, allowing the cleaning process to be adapted to different floor types and household needs. One solution is designed to neutralise pet odours, another is intended for wooden floor care, and the third is suitable for general everyday floor cleaning.
