The 5000 SurroundCook® Oven with SteamBake is a multifunction oven that uses steam to achieve excellent baking results. Foods develop a golden, crispy crust while remaining soft and tender on the inside. Every dish is cooked evenly without the need to rotate baking trays or dishes during cooking.

SteamBake function – Better baking results with steam
The SteamBake multifunction oven allows steam to be added during the cooking process. This helps create a crispy crust, an appealing golden color, and evenly cooked results.

EXPlore – Easy access to oven functions
The EXPlore control panel makes it simple to manage oven settings and monitor the cooking process. Featuring an LED display, five touch-sensitive buttons, and two rotary knobs, it provides intuitive control and easy monitoring of cooking time and temperature.

Pyrolytic cleaning function
The high-temperature pyrolytic cleaning program burns grease and food residue into ash, which can then be easily wiped away with a damp cloth.

Soft-closing and soft-opening door
The smooth opening and closing system ensures quiet and effortless operation of the oven door.

Multilevel cooking with even heat distribution
The additional heating ring enables even heat circulation throughout the oven, allowing food to be cooked consistently on up to three baking levels at the same time.
