A perfect cooker hood that is easy to maintain. Regular maintenance ensures maximum hygiene and a longer appliance lifespan. Elica models are designed to make replacing grease and odour filters simple: all components are removable, washable and replaceable.

Long Life Filter
Optimal performance is usually ensured by a traditional carbon filter, which typically needs to be replaced every 3–6 months. Elica has developed an innovative, regenerable Long Life odour filter that lasts up to three years. It only needs to be washed with hot water and neutral detergent or in a dishwasher at 65 °C, then dried in an oven at 100 °C for ten minutes. When this process is repeated every two months, the Long Life filter performs like new. After cleaning, the filter efficiency level is approximately 60%.
